There are no two travelers exactly alike and there are no two families exactly alike. With each and every group or family that works with me, I take as much time as needed to fulfill every traveler's wishes, requests and needs. Every bit of the program is tailored to the traveling party as a whole and to each traveler as an individual.
5. Confidentiality
Every person, every couple, every family and every group has their intricacies and complexities and your program and services are specifically tailored around them. That's why I get to know my clients on a very personal basis. Nothing from what you tell me or any portion of your program will ever be told to anyone else. Not my wife, not the kids, not friends or anyone else.
6. Guides
A guide can make or break the tour. Some guides are better for mature travelers who want a relaxed, in-depth learning experience while others are better for families with kids in their 20's, teens or younger. The trick is to find a guide that will provide an enjoyable, memorable and personal experience to the family or group as a whole and to each person individually. Over time, I have learned which of the guides in my pool will best fit a particular family or group. In the vast majority of the cases it's a perfect (or almost perfect) match between the travelers and the guide. Of course, there have been failures and those have provided me with valuable lessons for the future.
7. Accommodations
Let me ask you a very simple question: Would you prefer to pay $500 per night for a small room in a super deluxe hotel in a great location or would you prefer to pay $250 per night for a large room or suite in a slightly less deluxe property but still in a great location? Over the years I have come to know which hotels offer the greatest value for your money, many of them in absolutely fantastic locations and with great service and larger-than-average rooms (And yes, if you really want to stay in the deluxe hotel I am happy to book those as well).
8. Modular Programs (a la carte)
Not everyone wants to spend the money needed for a full tour lasting the entire length of their trip and some travelers prefer a more independent style of traveling and touring. My experience, expertise and the array of services I can book, all come together in allowing me to build the perfect program especially for you. Tour with a guide in some areas, drive a rented car in other areas, relax by the pool in the afternoons, add special activities and attractions - everything is possible. Even if you rent a car, I will be happy to recommend sites to visit along the way.
